Ankle Pain

Ankle impingements usually result from extreme toe pointing or repetitive motions of the ankle. Impingements are common in athletes and performance artists such as dancers; however, impingements can develop from repetitive everyday activities such as climbing stairs or squatting. Your physical therapist can help you regain strength, range of motion and balance with treatment.
