Hypermobility Syndrome

Hypermobility Syndromes are often missed by the medical community. Evidence tells regular exercise and appropriate strengthening programs are critical for the success of hypermobile individuals. Often, hypermobility brings with it a host of problems including chronic pain and depression.

Individual, paced programs with an emphasis on education are established for every patient. A program could include pain modalities, dry needling, taping or bracing, manual work, pain education and pain strategies with the ultimate goal of returning to function and establishing a custom exercise program.
