Vestibular Rehab

Dizziness is the second most common complaint heard in doctors’ offices. The National Institute of Health states that dizziness will occur in 90 million people at some point in their lives and is the number one complaint of people over 70 years of age.

Vertigo (spinning) usually comes from a problem with the nerves and structures in your inner ear, which sense movement and position change in your head. Sitting up or lying down may make it worse.

Dizziness and vertigo can also have an effect on your balance and walking, leading to falls.
