Allie spent most of her childhood in Grayson, Georgia, and then attended the University of Georgia, not too far down the road. It was there that she grew an interest in sports medicine and patient care. After graduating from the University of Georgia, she became an assistant athletic trainer at Emmanuel College (NCAA Division II) for a year, working closely with more than ten different teams. She then moved into the physical therapy world when she became a Physical Therapy Tech at Emory Outpatient Facility.
From there, Allie went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University. She has treated various orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and specializes in running analysis, sports medicine, and dry needling. She has worked in both outpatient and acute care settings.
Allie is working on a PRN basis or “as needed” in special circumstances.
